Thank you for a very lovely stay. Brilliant hotel, it has excellant service, fantastic location so close to everything as well as transport if you want to go further a field. The stuff are extremely friendly, managed the parking nearby. The breakfast is savoury, the staff keeps it stocked and clean.

The staff were always willing to help out in many ways, i.e. Internet access, printing facilities, useful information about lesser visited areas of the city. The central location was also a plus, and despite being so central it was quiet.

Request a room on the lower floors to avoid steep climbs. The upper rooms can be challenging to access.

Exceptionally central location near famous attractions.
My room was so small and claustrophobic, I couldn't relax. The communication mix-up meant I missed breakfast on my early departure, disappointing. The sloped ceilings and low beam constantly reminded me of the cramped space I was in.

Very friendly and helpful staff, affordable and good value. No-frills, but a very cozy and inviting pension. Comfortable, clean rooms and beds. Had no problems ever needing the bathroom when someone else was using it. Free breakfast is simple but fresh and a great bonus. Can't beat the location!
Room (double w/shared bath) was very small, but fine for not spending too much time there. Shower is down the hall, which is fine as long as you know.

Location was close to old Prague. The breakfast was very good; plenty of food choices.
The room I was given, for solo travler, was at the far end of the building, where construction was taking place. The room had not been thoroughly dusted, because of the construction, nor the carpet vacumned. The bath and sheets were clean. There was much noise from the next building, someone coughing all night. This room shoul not be rented until the construction is completed.

What a fantastic pension!! This pension is located 1 minute's walk from the Charles Bridge and maybe 4 minutes from the old town square. The location is excellent! I dealt with three employees at the pension, all of whom seemed to do anything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They went out of their way to arrange parking for our rental car and to aid us in a currency exchange. Our room was small, but clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent! Although the price was a bit more than we paid in other central European cities, given this pension's location, facilities and helpful staff, it was a very good bargain!
We had a very difficult time finding this pension in our car both because of its location and because of the nature of the streets in this part of Prague. We finally parked and found it while walking. There is no nearby, long-term parking, except if you want to pay to park on the street, and there is no place to park your vehicle while you unpack your bags. We parked our car at some distance from the pension and then had to carry our bags. Having said all that, we'd stay there again!

The location was great! We walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the unique lay out of the hotel. It felt very European!!
It would have been nice to have parking at the hotel but since we walked everywhere, it really wasn't a big problem.

Excellent location! Charles Bridge & Old Town are within minutes walking. Hotel staff friendly, & english speaking. Although, she did not understand english well. Single computer for free internet use in lobby. Breakfast was decent. Bars nearby.
No A/C in room, bathroom mirror too high (I'm only 5ft) lol!

The economy single room I occupied was quite small, with low ceilings making it a bit uncomfortable to move around.

Small family hotel in the best location in Prague with excellent staff that helped us during our stay in all aspects (tickets, data, places etc.). Our room was wonderful with "sleeping corner" and "living room". The building is exceptional with beautiful internal veranda. It is an ideal place for tourists that are coming to see Prague and are not looking for luxury hotel. It is the best value for money we experienced in a central city in Europe.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you want to be accessible to all the main atractions. Cosy and familiar ambient.
The rooms have no sound isolation. You can hear the other people's room footsteps. Besides, the windows have no blackout curtains or doors. The morning light enters the room.
